Since 1994 she has run her own training consultancy, working with small businesses, Not-for-Profit organisations and educational institutions. She has also been involved in local government as a Councillor and Mayor of Mount Alexander Shire. Through her consultancy Janet has helped organisations with strategic and business planning, recruiting staff and staff management and establishing effective business management systems. She helped organisations with change management, team development, committee of management development and setting quality frameworks. Janet has strong coaching skills to enable individuals and groups achieve their business and personal goals.
